Starting point – openness to the community

Following Radowo Małe’s example, we can see that there is no universal solution for every school. A vision of how a school should operate has to involve opening oneself to the local community which co-creates it. Identifying the needs helps to find proper tools that can be adjusted to the possibilities of the particular school and the people connected to it.
