Tomasz Wilmański, Landscapes 3, 1999

Tomasz Wilmański graduated with a degree in sculpture at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznan. Currently, he teaches at the Faculty of Art Education and Curatorial Studies. In 1982 he established AT Gallery. His work encompasses sculpture, drawing, art installation, visual poetry and artists’ book.

Diptych Landscapes is kept in monochrome, minimalist style. The artist decided to create a negative of the real landscape to present the duality of the surrounding reality.
