When it comes to craft, the key to success is an individual approach to the customer:

‘There are various customers. Some come to me and say: “I need a very heavy duvet so that I can feel it on me when I’m sleeping.” Someone else comes and says: “Sir, I would like a very light duvet, please!” You have to adopt an individual approach to every customer and do everything in such a way as to make everyone happy.’

‘For example, we had customers from the Netherlands who played basketball. It was a couple of basketball players. They wanted a big duvet – 2,5 m long and 3,5 m wide. It was almost the size of the floor in a small room! But we did make such duvets. We needed a very large table and a lot of space but we did it.’
